I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding a laptop that I purchased from your Aqaba branch. This laptop was intended for my brother, a college student involved in software development. Unfortunately, despite minimal usage, the laptop has been experiencing significant issues. We have visited your Aqaba branch multiple times, but each time we are told that there is nothing wrong with the device. However, it frequently fails to operate correctly, sometimes turning off for weeks at a time and refusing to power back on. This situation is not only inconvenient, but it is also unacceptable, especially considering the purpose of this laptop for my brother's studies. Moreover, every time we have attempted to resolve this issue, the laptop has been sent back with my family, who live several hours away from the branch. This has created a considerable hassle for my elderly parents, who are unable to manage this situation effectively. I must also express my concern about the lack of accessible support from your company. I feel as though this situation is becoming a scam, as I have been trying to find ways to contact your support team, but your website does not seem to work, and there are no social media pages to reach anyone. I have been trying to figure out this issue, but I am unable to find any assistance. Given that the laptop is still under warranty, I believe it is reasonable to expect a resolution. I have attempted to reach your customer service by phone, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a solution that does not further inconvenience my family.
